Bubbat

  • 2 c. flour
  • ¼ c. sugar
  • ½ c. cream
  • 2 tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ c. butter
  • Milk to make a thin dough
  • lots of raisins!

Stuff bird, or bake separately in a shallow pan and serve with chicken or turkey.

  1. I love this too … we always had this with Christmas turkey, and I never knew what ‘real stuffing’ was until my mother-in-law taught me … now I love them both!
