Caramel Icing

A never fail icing! Try with Shevkenek’s Crazy Cake.

  • ¼ c. butter
  • ½ c. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • ¾ c. sifted icing sugar

Melt butter and brown sugar and cook 2 min, stirring. Add milk and stir until boils. Remove from heat, cool and add icing sugar.
