Chicken Wings Pacifica

Cooking Time: 1 ½ hours in 375 oven
Servings: 6-8

  • 3 lbs. chicken wings (all skin removed or drumsticks)
  • 1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
  • 1 c. soya sauce (or use part pineapple juice)
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • ¾ c. water
  • ¼ tsp. dry mustard

Arrange chicken in fairly deep shallow pan. Heat butter, soy sauce, sugar, water, and mustard till sugar and butter melt. Cool. Pour over chicken and marinate 2 hours, turning several times. Bake in same pan 1 ½ hours at 375. Baste and turn. Serve with rice. A green salad and your meal is completed.

note: Teriyaki marinade is nice to use in sauce.
