Vi Shevkenek [nee Neufeld]

  • 1 pkg. Deam Whip (whip as usual with ½ c. milk, ½ t. vanilla)
  • 1 8 oz. pkg Philadelphia cream cheese
  • ½ c. sugar

Beat cheese with sugar till smooth, add beaten dream whip. Beat till smooth. Pour into graham cracker crust. For crust:

  • 1 ¼ c. graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ c. butter
  • ¼ c. sugar
  • pinch of salt

Mix till fine, and pat into ungreased pan. Either refrigerate for several hours or bake at 350 for 8 mins. Cool before putting cream cheese filling into crust. Top with cherry pie filling or strawberries complete with glaze or blueberry pie filling.
