Fluffy Frosting (2)

Evelyn Doerksen [nee Neufeld] – May ‘79

  • ¾ c. sugar
  • ¼ tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg white
  • ¼ c. boiling water

Mix all together; add boiling water and beat till it stands in peaks (about 10 mins).
