Easy Hollandaise Sauce

Barb Walker 8-8-98 (Eva’s neighbour in Vernon)
Yield: 6-8 servings

  • ½ c. sour cream
  • ½ c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and stir over low heat until just heated through. Do not boil. Serve over broccoli or asparagus.
