Salsa

  • 6 medium sized tomatoes
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 3 hot peppers (small)
  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs of parsley
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 4 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar

Cut veggies into chunks. Simmer till soft with 1 c. water. Put through food processor. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes and bottle into sterilized jars.
